TERMS:

• The minimum booking is one week.

• Dates of your holiday indicate: the first the arriving day, the second the departure day.

• Booked cottages are available after 4 p.m. of arriving day and it must be left at 10 a.m. of departure day.

• After a phone confirmation, the bookings must be accompained by a deposit equal to the 30% of the entire price, the rest will be paid the arriving day.
The period must be booked entirely even if you will have a delay or if you leave before.

• In case of a delay, the cottage will be available till 4 p.m. of the day after the booked day.

• In case of motivated cancellation 30 days before the arrive it will be deducted the 10% of the total amount and it will be return the difference. Nothing will be refunded after this date.

Discount: 5% for 2 weeks in the low season
10% week from 31/07 to 07/08 for advanced bookings within 30/04/2010.
Infants under 2 years do not pay with their own cot
Discount 20% for children from 2 to 10 years, excluded from 31/07 to 28/08/2010

Promotions are not cumulative, we will apply the most favourable to the client

Price are inclusive of: club card, beach service, swimming pools. Tennis court not inclusive.
